We're here for you

It can be scary looking for help because of the way someone you love is behaving.

Domestic abuse, relationship abuse, toxic or controlling behaviour can be experienced by anyone of any age and is more common than you think.

This can also look different for those who are disabled, from an ethnic minority or LGBTQ and we understand the additional barriers there can be to accessing support.

Whatever’s going on, you deserve to feel safe, respected, and heard – and there are people who will believe you and stand by you.

If you are worried

If you’re worried about your partner or ex-partner’s behaviour, please do call us on 01737 771350 or email support@esdas.org.uk.

Unless at the time of calling, you were at immediate risk of harm, your call is completely confidential.  We are here to listen and if you would like advice, we are here to support and provide information with practical tips and help to promote safety. You are not alone.

Learn more about the warning signs of toxic relationships and domestic abuse.  Educating yourself about abuse could help you – or someone close to you – stay safe.
