How can we help?

Take your time, when you’re ready we’re here

We are here to listen to and support you.

We are a safe place to talk through your experiences, needs and options.

If you are concerned about someone you know and love, we can also support you.

We understand that people sometimes find it hard to recognise what they are experiencing and may not reach out to us themselves.

We understand that no situation is the same and that everyone is at a different stage in their journey. Wherever you are, we can provide emotional support, and if you’re not ready to end the relationship, we can give practical advice to support safety at home.

If you’re beginning to think about ending or leaving the relationship, we are here to help you plan leaving safely.

If you have left, we can risk assess your current situation and support your recovery.
