Growing and supporting together

ESDAS offers a range of group work programmes to support survivors of domestic abuse in building confidence, resilience, and practical skills. Previously, we have run programmes such as Freedom Programme, Recovery Toolkit, Own My Life, Hope to Recovery and courses for young women aged 16-24.

We also run a regular drop-in group, an informal space where survivors can connect with others, share experiences, and access support in a safe environment.

Programmes vary throughout the year, so for details on what is currently running and how to join, please speak to the main office or contact your outreach worker.
