Are you passionate about ending domestic abuse and social injustice? Can you help ESDAS not only to sustain its current life-saving services but also to thrive in a challenging world?

We are looking for committed individuals who want to play their part in ending the social injustice of domestic abuse and violence.

We have a number of full-time positions available at ESDAS, but part-time or job share will be considered for the right candidate.

Roles available are: Short Term Assessment Team Worker and Outreach Worker

Domestic Abuse Outreach Worker
  • Location: Redhill, with travel across Reigate & Banstead, Tandridge, and Mole Valley
  • Hours: 28-35 hours per week
  • Salary: £24,000 – £25,000 depending on experience
  • Contract: 18-month fixed term post, with the possibility of becoming a permanent position after 18 months

Our Spaces Project -Lived Experience Coordinator
  • Location: Redhill, Surrey
  • Hours: 35 hours per week
  • Salary: £27,000–£30,000 | 3-year fixed-term contract

 

We’re looking for an organised and passionate Lived Experience Coordinator to recruit, train and support volunteer domestic abuse survivors, helping ensure lived experience shapes future services across Surrey.

Bridge the Gap Trauma - Informed Outreach Worker
  • Location: Redhill, Surrey (with outreach across East Surrey)
  • Hours: 35 hours per week
  • Salary: £29,000–£31,000 per annum 12-month fixed-term (with the possibility of becoming permanent)

 

ESDAS is looking for a Bridge the Gap Trauma-Informed Outreach Worker to provide flexible, trauma-informed support to people experiencing multiple disadvantage across East Surrey.
