Keeping safe right now

  • If possible, keep your phone charged and with you.
  • Agree a code word with a trusted friend/family member so they know when you need urgent help.
  • Keep some essentials ready (ID, keys, money, medication) in case you need to leave quickly.
  • Delete browsing history after visiting sites like this one (use “quick exit” button if available).
