I’m Worried About My Behaviour

How to recognise if you need support for your own behaviour.

Find the support you need

ESDAS don’t provide support to those who cause harm. Respect is a national organisation who can support you to reflect on your behaviour and become safe around your partner and/or family.

If you’re not sure if your behaviour is abusive, click here to learn more about types of abusive relationships.

Support to change behaviours

For children and young people causing harm to a parent, the DVIP (a division of Waythrough) based in Surrey, work on a one-to-one basis with young people to identify and change their violent or abusive behaviours.

They also work with families as a whole.  For more information you can download a copy of their service leaflet here.
